This ceremony features a virtual address from City of San Marcos Mayor Rebecca Jones emphasizing the Department of Veterans Affairs 2021 theme, “Remembering All Who Served.” 2021 Helen Bougher Memorial Park Flag Exchange Event Schedule | Thursday, November 11 from 10-11:15 a.m. As part of remembering our veterans in 2021 a short Flag Exchange event will occur at the Helen Bougher Memorial Park on Thursday, November 11 by the San Marcos High School Junior ROTC students. You are encouraged to visit Helen Bougher Park, where the All Veterans Memorial proudly stands.
